Will The Next Shelley Lubben Ministry Be Centered In Her Own Jail Cell?? The Ministress Gets Served A TRO, With More To Follow

It seems that the House of (Shelley) Lubben is about to get a very rude awakening.

No, this is NOT about the apparent new $480K home in Bakersfield, California, that Shelley and hubby Garrett recently moved into.

Rather, this is about the entire ministry of antiporn lies and distortions getting their well deserved blowback from those she and her acolytes have maligned and harassed for so long.

And apparently, one of them decided to get serious about it.

As in…Temporary Restraining Order serious.

AdultWikiMedia.com (aka TheRealPornWikileaks) released today a copy of the official TRO document that was delivered to The Ministress’ front door this morning by Tulare County officials. While the details of why the TRO was issued and the identities of the parties pushing the TRO remained unknown at this time, it’s not a surprise that many entities have accused Lubben of stalking and intimidating tactics against her critics.

Here’s TRPWL’s copy of the TRO doc sent to Lubben’s crib:

We do know from the information included within the TRO doc that Lubben was hit originally with a TRO on December 5th by a Tulare County judge (identity unknown, of course), but managed to escape the notice somehow. The document says that Shelley is required to attend a hearing on December 21st, where she will have to defend herself against the TRO becoming permanent.

One can guess whom the party filing for the TRO and claiming harassment by Lubben is. (Maddy Avanti?? Chris Moore (Shelley’s brother)?? Michael Whiteacre?? A combination of all three??)

The problem for Shelley, though, is that her problems may only be beginning. This may open the floodgates for even more legal and civil actions against her and her Pink Cross Foundation, challenging both her handling of tax-exempt funds and her stewardship of her ministry. For all the claims of having saved many, only two ex-performers (Jan Meza and Jenni Case) actually are working members of her ministry, at least after Maddy (nee’ Michelle Avanti) walked out and turned whistleblower on Shelley and the PCF.

Between that and her failed attempt to use DMCA takedown challenges to throttle her critics on YouTube (of which yours truly is intimately involved), it appears that the walls are starting to cave in on Shelley. We’ll see if this either enlightens her or sends her over that final cliff.

More Lubben Madness: First Officer Jan Meza Attempts One Last Plea For Madelyne To Rejoin The PCF Cult

One of the fascinating things about seeing a cult break up is how the still hooked followers attempt to bait one who has managed to break free of said organization, and threatens to blow the whistle on the entire operation.

You really think that the Krewe of Lubben would do no less??

The following was posted by Jan Meza, one of the last loyalists to Shelley Lubben and the Pink Cross Foundation Ex-Porn Slut Ministry, on her Facebook page Friday night. Essentially, it’s a desperate sounding plea directed towards “Madelyne” (the former Michelle Avanti), who managed to break off the PCF in order to seek both personal redemption and the kind of legitimate help breaking her drug and alcohol addiction that she wasn’t quite getting. Considering that “Maddy” was the PCF’s useful symbol for all its goodness and effectiveness for reforming porn girls, you can probably understand the desperation of Meza in wanting Maddy back into the fold.

Maddy, I love you wholeheartedly, but I will NOT be drawn into some hypocritical tug of war struggle. I am NOT a hypocrite, porn is bad regardless of any relationship I have with Shelley and The Pink Cross. Do you not remember calling me right after you got hauled off to jail the last time? From what I remember you told me how thankful you were that Shelley and Garrett were on the way to bail you out and it was because of them that you were going to get [redacted] back. Maddy, my objective in this response is not to call you out, I love you, but you’re wrong, what you’re doing is wrong. If you want to spout hate I will have NO part in it! I’m saddened by your choice to run back into the arms of your abusers. As soon as they’re done with you, you know that they will chew you up and spit you out with no one to rely on. Maddy, this is not you!! My heart aches right now, even if you had a disagreement with Shelley revenge is never the solution. Why Shelley Lubben Probably Should Be Nowhere Near Any Kool-Aid Right About Now: The Ministress Goes Messiah On Madelyne, Mike Whiteacre, And Her Own Brother

It probably wouldn’t be a stretch to predict what Shelley Lubben’s reaction would be to the many exposes of her Pink Cross Foundation activities that went down this week…and in particular to the video interview featuring “Madelyne” (the former porn star Michelle Avanti) done by Michael Whiteacre that was released on Thursday, which raised some damaging questions about how Lubben was enabling rather than preventing drug addiction.

And on Friday, Shelley lived up to her reputation. And then some. And then…some more.

First, she used her PCF blog to attempt to strike back against “Madelyne” with an official statement, in which she attempted to portray Madelyne as a wild-eyed drug addict/alcoholic and chronic criminal who only got the treatment she needed through the loving care of the PCF, and who is only speaking out now due to anger and spite for resisting the benelovent care and financial help she received from Pink Cross.

The statement, which also contained a PCF video documenting a supposedly happy and content “Madelyne”/”Michelle Avanti” gushing about how Shelley Lubben and Pink Cross saved her life from the evil pornographers, was also forwarded to Cindi Loftus’ Luke Is Back blog, which was posted here…and needless to say, it brought out a furious reaction from plenty of people….including this from Madelyne herself (“Maddy1″):

Keep in mind that Madelyne is now in rehab at an accredited recovery facility.

That comment section also contained this from another former patient/worker at Pink Cross, identified as “AprilG”, who reinforced and verified some of Maddy’s charges and statements:

As a former employee of the Pink Cross Foundation, and someone who has known Maddie for a long time, I just want to say that I completely support Maddie, and the things that she said in this video.

Maddie does not deny that she has an alcohol problem, and it is apparent that she is taking the steps necessary to overcome her addiction.

As far as the claims made in her video, while I cannot attest to what happened in the Recovery Home, I will say that I was there on the 4th of July, was witness to what happened, and can confirm that she is being truthful. Maddie WAS passed out in the bedroom, and people were drinking in that home.

I guess what really disturbs me the most about this response is, aside from all of the dirt that is being brought out about Maddie, how many times it appears that the Pink Cross bailed her out, even though it was apparent that she had problems. I know that Pink Cross did bail her out on many occasions, even covering for her with CPS, according to this statement.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that, when you keep bailing out a person time after time, that person will continue in his/her reckless behaviour. It’s called enabling. No wonder Maddie never got help for her problem — not when she had Pink Cross to run to every time.

I am here to do nothing more but lend my support to Maddie. I am not here to bash Shelley, Pink Cross, or to take sides, but I can attest to the fact that Maddie is being honest, and she deserves to be heard, and deserves a chance at a future for her and her daughter.  October 6th, 2011 at 8:30 p

And then, there is the matter of Lubben’s family reacting to her shenanigans..in particular, her younger brother, who responded to a desperate plea by Shelley to her mother that she was being “stalked” by a “dangerous pornographer” who even “threatened her life” (I would assume this to be Michael Whiteacre, who has been dogging her for the past year or so with facts and revelations). The email was also forwarded to Julie Meadows, who was given permission to publish it at her blog; she has reciprocated to forward it here.

It’s my understanding you contacted mom yesterday through email to warn her of a ‘dangerous’ pornographer who is ‘stalking’ you? It’s also my understanding you are claiming he threatened your life? Do you have any documented proof to substantiate your claims – dangerous, stalking, threatening life? If so, please forward it to me so I can see it for myself.

I need to correct you on a few things.

1) I didn’t fall for anything. 2) Michael Whiteacre didn’t contact me. 3) I contacted him. 4) I do not have a partnership with him, support pornography, did not sign a contract, receive payment or been given any special gifts or incentives. 5) My intent is to provide factual information of your past, our parents and my experience as your brother. This is information you have almost entirely left out of your book, tv interviews and Internet documentation. 6) I have made it very clear to Michael that I do not support pornography but I do support the truth being made public since so much untruth has been spread by you.

Joe McCarthy and Glenn Beck would kill to have this perfect mix of myopia and unglued paranoia Lubben spits into this email. This one was actually sent on Wednesday, October 5th (forwarded by Mike Whiteacre as well to Julie Meadows’ blog and to LiB as a comment here and here).

If you want to partner with a pornographer and subject your family to demonic influence and dangerous people who commit crimes against women and children then so be it. You have no clue what you have become involved in. Michael Whiteacre works with Free Speech Coalition which they are tied to child and teen pornography as well as pornography that depicts teens and children. [A]ttached is information on … Diane Duke who is a lesbian and pro-abortion and the president of Free Speech Coalition. She ran Planned Parenthood for years and murdered babies. She currently fights against protection of children on the internet as well as fights AGAINST child pornography laws so that way the adult industry can sell porn with teens and depiction of children. It’s the hottest genre right now. You can easily search on google for teen porn and it will blow your mind how much you will find. It’s ALL directly connected to Free Speech Coalition who is the trade association that protects the entire adult industry led by Diane Duke with the help of Michael Whiteacre.

If you want to side with a pornographer tied to child pornography and the depiction of teen and child sex and the abuse of women and an organization that promotes abortion then you have chosen to associate yourselves with murderers, rapists and pedophiles. You should at least take time to know who you are consorting with. And you should have compassion for your sister who has been subjected to horrible amounts of evil in order to help rescue women and children from pornography, child pornography and sex trafficking. So…if we are to believe the Ministeress, Michael Whiteacre is nothing more than the paid agent of the “demonic” and “Satanic” Free Speech Coalition, who is using their millions of blood (and spooge??) stained profits to defend their pedophilia and “teen sex” trafficking profits against the ONLY person and organization mandated and endowed (well endowed?? So that explains why Shelley kept her fake boobjob??) by GOD Himself to fight to save the impressionable youth and children from The Devil’s awful fiendish sex grip. Oh, and Diane Duke is a mass murderer of preborn babies because she used to lawyer for Planned Parenthood before she joined the FSC; Pink Visual’s sponsorship of FSC along with their making “teen sex” videos convicts them, in Lubben’s mind, as kiddie porn criminals (although thanks to the 2257 regs, the proof that the models/performers featured in said videos are of legal age can be easily verified, and not just through googling); and FSC’s involvement with a group like ASCAP, which is specifically designed to cooperate with authorities on weeding out not only active child pornography, but also discourage accidential underage viewing of adult sexual media, is tantimount to supporting and even making child porn. Heck, Lubben even goes so far as to cite the FSC’s successful efforts to roll back the more repressive aspects of the Child Online Protection Act (COPA) by the US Supreme Court as bonafide proof of how they are in league with the pedophiles…as if the majority opinion of that court had nothing at all to do with that decision.

And…there is Shelley so deep in her Messiah complex and her Joan of Arc fantasyland that she would condemn her own brother — her own flesh and blood — for daring to question her Godly motives in protecting American women and children from the evil and pervasive smut belted out by those baby-killing lesbian pornographers and their paid shills!!! After all, she’s been before Congress and worked with the FBI and testified in Great Britian, even!! How DARE he not bow before her as God’s messenger of salvation and join with SATAN and THE ENEMIES!! Either you are with her as a brother, or you are with THEM!!! Join her or FACE GOD’S ANGRY WRATH!!!!!!

Of course, none of this mindless bullshit spewing from Shelley’s piehole is anywhere close to actual reality…but when you are running your own personal minicult off the taxpayers’ dime (remember, folks..the PCF is a verified tax exempt organization and Shelley has a history of spending her funds lavishly on such worthy endeavors as makeup, purses, and compact kits, so what’s a few thousand dollars for personal rehab or self-medication with dangerous anti-psychotic drugs and alcohol??), perception and reality can become quite confused. Especially when you surround yourself with only yes men (and women) whose only purpose is to fluff you with cries and screams of “Hallelujah!!!” and “Praise be Jesus!!” and not really think about what you are actually doing to yourself and others.

Then again, Shelley’s consistency with actually living the Word of God rather than using it as her own personal crutch and club to continue her Attention Whore efforts from when she was an actual whore (in the sex-positive sense, of course), has never been a staple of her being…as that still fresh signature of Ron Jeremy upon her tits or those grinding…errrrrr, dancing moves she showed off at that fund-raising event, or her behavior at Cambridge attests plainly.

Something tells me that this is not going to end well…especially not for Shelley Lubben and her associates.

 

UPDATE (10/8/11):  Michael Whiteacre has now posted that Shelley Lubben has continued to privately and publically harrass Madelyne in spite of the latter’s warnings to seek legal action via a restraining order; therefore, he plans later today (Saturday) to release more, and far more damaging, information on the Ministeress and her “ministry”.

As the saying goes: “Things are about to get real.”

Sometimes You Are The Bitch…And Sometimes The Bitch Gets You: “Madelyne” Blows The Whistle On Ministress Lubben’s Faux Porn Ministry

If there is one dead solid cinch in life — besides death, taxes, and eastern sunrises — it is that how you treat people will come back at you. Treat people with class, and they will reward you with class. Treat them like cow dung, on the other hand, and you will probably get it thrown back at you…in spades.

Unfortunately for Shelley Lubben, she is learning the latter lesson…the hard way.

You may remember the name “Michelle Avanti” as one of Shelley’s main featured “proteges”, one of the first former porn performers who sought Lubben’s assistance and aid, and who testified not only for Pink Cross but also in several venues against the porn industry in general. For example, this is an excerpt of testimony that “Michelle” gave for a “caravan” meeting with representatives of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation back in 2009:

[...] “[I was] catching STDs all the time. My lower body hurt so badly and at times my private area felt like it was a blazing fire. I could no longer work because I caught so many STDs and infections. I believe that if condoms had been allowed to be used in my own films, I would not have suffered so many physical ailments and infections.”

It seemed like “Michelle” was the perfect representative for what the Pink Cross Foundation stood for: reforming and reclaiming the lives of those women disaffected by the supposedly natural harms of drug abuse and addiction and other byproducts of the porn industry.

Or…so it seemed.

Except that what it seemed back then might have been just a ruse for what was really happening.

Today, Michael Whiteacre, in the process of setting the stage for the third installment of his documentary expose, The Devil And Shelley Lubben, released for public viewing at his YouTube channel a brief interview he did with a woman named “Madelyne”, whom was described as one of Shelley Lubben’s main proteges, but had since left the Pink Cross Foundation and gotten more traditional treatment for her drug and alcohol addictions. The interview makes some pretty harsh and damning charges towards Lubben; those that, if proven true, would basically call into serious question at the least her competency as a “recovery specialist”, let alone her motives as an antiporn activist and “born again” Christian.

The kicker in all of this??  “Madelyne” is in fact the former “Michelle Avanti”.

It seems that “Michelle” first sought help from Shelley and the PCF during her pregnancy when Michelle was fighting drug and alcohol addiction problems. Lubben first contacted her via email, and made several of her usual pitches about how she “loved” porn stars and how she had “saved” woman like Michelle through “the faith of Jesus Christ”. Apparently, that was enough to seal the deal, and Michelle became a part of Shelley’s ministry.

Indeed, Michelle really became one of the standout promotions for the PCF; she was so important that either she or one of Lubben’s ghostwriters decided to pen a long testimonial letter in which “Michelle” gave her story of how she was abused and destroyed by porn, and how Shelley Lubben and the PCF essentially saved her life and would do the same for other porn girls seeking “the gospel of Christ”.

God answered my prayer!

In January, 2009, I cried out to God to please help me and told Him I couldn’t live like this anymore. I told Him I would give myself to Him if He would help me. The next few days I made some phone calls and moved back home. It felt so good to see them and a burst of energy ran through my body. God kept His promise and rescued me from the porn industry.

Now that I am out of the business and away from the horrible porn lifestyle I am excited to receive a special gift from God to have a baby and start my life over. Yes, I am pregnant and single but I know God has a plan for me. He even helped me overcome my addictions and I have been sober ever since I left. Everyday is a challenge and but as long as I practice and follow His steps I know He will not give up on me.

I have learned my addictions are parasites and suck the life out of me. I have learned that my addictions are alcohol, prescription pills, drugs, doing porn and sex work.  Yes most definitely my addictions have promised me pleasure and have consumed my thoughts, time, money and energy.  They have stolen away my loyalty and heart for those I love and who love me. I am determined I will never live that old life again and that I must destroy my addictions and if I don’t they will destroy me again.

I was talking with some friends and they brought up Shelley Lubben and the Pink Cross Foundation. I looked up her site on the internet and emailed her.  The next day I was contacted by the Pink Cross staff and was sent a beautiful care package.  I received a very nice card from Shelley and it meant so much to me. I met up with her and had such a wonderful time with her we talked and had such a yummy lunch.  I am so happy to have Shelley and the Pink Cross support me and help me through my recovery and pregnancy. I really admire her and think that she is an amazing and beautiful person inside and out and a true leader.

Indeed, the “admiration” was such that Lubben even went so far as to have “Michelle” and her newborn child move over to Lubben’s personal private residence in Bakersfield, California, which was doubling as the PCF’s official “detox facility”.

And that’s when everything started to fall apart….when “Michelle” started seeing some things that she didn’t really like. Things like: Lubben requiring her to endorse her speech at the infamous “Pornography Harms” luncheon in Washington, DC, in 2010, using the not so thinly veiled threat of “I own you!” when Michelle resisted. Or, things like Lubben offering various prescription drugs such as Ambien, Xanax, Atiban that she herself used for “treatment” of her own symptoms (you know..those symptoms that Shelley already said that God had already cured her of??), not to mention Shelley’s frequent use of alcohol. (That might explain the classic meltdown Shelley had at Cambridge University’s porn debate.)

Apparently, the topper for Madelyne was that Shelley did make a feeble attempt to seek treatment after one particularly strange episode, where she and “Michelle” got themselves so drunk that they passed out, and the next morning Michelle was so aghast that she moved out of Lubben’s home. Naturally, Shelley got second thoughts and was able to convince Michelle to return to the “recovery clinic”….only to offer her more drugs to cure her “hangover”. Soon after that, Madelyne saw the light and permanently left Lubben and sought a more traditional brand of drug treatment.

It was during that time that she sought Mike Whiteacre in order to tell her story..from which the following video is the result.

If this can be verified as true, to say that it blows the roof off of the Pink Cross Foundation would be an understatement. It most certainly doesn’t cast Shelley Lubben in a good light.

Also tonight, Madelyne decided to post some comments to the Luke Is Back blog defending her actions and further stating her charges against Lubben. I was told by friend Michael that Lubben posted a video of me on her FB by Ricky B and myself. Yes I can admit at the time I probably blamed the industry for my problems and addictions!Remember I am an addict and Shelley Lubben fed me my fix. Now I AM NOT IN DENIAL and I am the one that is responsible for what I did. NO ONE ELSE and it took me three years are so to admit this. I probably would have not made some choices in my past if I was not using. The drugs and the alcohol were all part of my bad choices and behaviors. Shelley knew what she was doing and yes I was pregnat at the time and just left industry so my hormones were all jacked up and was easy to manipulate.

But, any how I contacted Whiteacre I am the one that is not in denial Shelley is. That woman is a user, manipulator, liar and an addict. Shelley wants to save lives and rescue woman out of the industry! She is full of shit and has no business counseling any woman if she is feeding them lies, pills and alcohol when she is using as well. I have been hurt more by her than any other porn agent or producer! Whiteacre did not pay me anything nor promise to heal me from porn. Like Shelley makes promises! I do apologize to the industry for some of my comments that I have made in the past! Again I won’t continue to stress on my addictions and behavior please keep in mind that fed me alcohol and we shared our pills together. She took me to the doctor to get me my pills and told my psychiatrist what pills to give me. I am now in an intensive outpatient and I am not even allowed benzos (ativan, librium, xanax, clonopin) or tranquilizers (ambiem) which all of the drugs she recommended for me in her so called recovery home which she never came around because she went to a nice impatient program in Utah which she was able to swim, hike and horseback ride and she made a point to tell me it costed two grand a day! What the FUCK she had me in her house living with a ex hooker and porn addict that were counseling me!

One Jenni’s job position is a recovery specialist and to counsel the women. She don’t even have a high school diploma and I have my child she don’t have custody of hers.

Second, Roger runs around like Shelley’s little bitch! Lastly, where is Lubben?????????????? (It’s like where is Waldo) She disappears from time to time on her binges!

My whole point about exposing Lubben is so that other girls that leave to think twice about going to her! She will use and lie to get her donations….. Lubben is pimp and I was brave enough to expose it! Please any girls leaving you can do it on your own!

Hello! I am aware that Shelley posted a past interview of myself and talking about the industry. Yes I admit that I am an ADDICT and she fed me my fix I am not in denial and I am now responsible for my actions nor do I blame anyone for my behavior or addictions. When leaving the industry I was pregnant and coming down off drugs and alcohol and was at the time was so easily manipulated. I met Shelley and had no idea what her intent was and new nothing about her! Yes, she comfort me,she loved me and at the time was a warming caring person that gave me hope and gave me great expectations! It wasn’t till after I had my daughter that I relapsed and reached out to Shelley for her guidance. Shortly after that I started helping her out at events, meeting and social gatherings. I started to see her true colors and what Shelley Lubben was all about and see that she wasn’t who she said she was and noticed she had issues.
I moved to her recovery house (which I was the only one there) in Bakersfield because I was having some issues. Shelley was the one who took me to the psychiatrist and requested certain medications for me that she was taking. So shortly after I was on the same meds that she was on! And that is when we started sharing our pills which she frequently borrowed mine and at times I didn’t have any. Now, me detaching myself from her and the pink cross foundation I came to the realization that SHELLEY was my trigger and I put myself in a intensive rehab program that one does not allow benzos nor tranquilizers which she fed me in her so called recovery program ativan, clonopin, xanax, librium (benzos) and ambiem (tranquilizers). She drank with me and took pills with me. That is not a recovery program. Shelley has a ex hooker (JENNI) and an ex porn addict (ROGER) running her program. One Jenni’s occupation title is a porn recovery specialist (what the fuck) and Roger’s title is Lubben’s little bitch!Miss Jenni has a nice title with her doing 12 movies and no high school diploma. I am glad that Shelley got proper treatment in a luxury rehab that she boasted to me that cost two grand a day and had leisure activities such as hiking, horse back riding, swimming, etc. (nice rite?) She must have got some nice donations exploiting my daughter and I. Shelley is a liar, manipulator, drug addict and user. She makes us girls pose with her, helps write our so called testimonies! She has did more damage to me than ANY agent or producer. She exploited my daughter and my real name!

I contacted Michael Whiteacre. I did not receive any money for the shoot and he did not promise to heal me from my addictions and porn like Lubben does! I just got braver by the hour and stronger by the days and don’t want any other girl to go through what I am healing from and witnessed.

Lastly I want to apologize to any agent, performers and producers that I talked bad about but, again I won’t stress on my addictions are behaviors from my past!

Cindi Loftus, who runs Luke Is Back, has tweeted that Shelley Lubben is preparing a response to Madelyne to be aired tomorrow. We’ll see.

And for his part, Mike Whiteacre has promised more damning material on Lubben…including some response from her immediate family on some remarks she made about her brother. We’ll see about that, too.
